Ascent with the bike from Sölden to Zwieselstein in the direction of Lenzenalm. A narrow mountain path begins at the Alm and leads in the direction of the Nedersee. In front of the lake turn right through steep serpentines up to the summit cross of the Nederkogel.

The ascent with the Bike leads from Sölden to Zweiselstein via the Lenzenalm. From the Alm the ascent firstly leads through dense forest in direction to the Needersee. In front of the lake turn right -> guided up through steep serpentines. Before the summit cross of the Nederkogel, the path runs over stony terrain.

Travel safe and comfortable with the train to the Ötztal Bahnhof train station. Last stop and exit point is thetrain station Ötztal Bahnhof. The car drive to the Ötztal valley. Situated in Tirol, the Ötztal valley set off in southerly direction and is the longest side valley in the Eastern Alps.
