The late winter will show a strong sign of life at the beginning of next week. With a heavy north-westerly wind barrier effects of humid-cold polar air are expected along the mountains towards Tuesday morning. Further snow showers will follow. On Tuesday, winter conditions and snow showers will rapidly move on, however, the temperatures will remain winter-like. Despite bright sunshine, it will remain significantly too cold during the day. Thus, freezing temperatures are widely expected on Tuesday night. New cloud banks, which will hardly interfere with the weather, will mark significantly milder Atlantic air towards midweek. They will frequently block out the sun and result in weak precipitation on Wednesday and on Thursday. The snow line will temporarily move above 2000m above sea level. Then, the next decrease in temperature will approach. Late winter will return towards the weekend.
