Enjoy nature to the fullest The new hut is a special place for different events (birthday parties, baptism, weddings and other celebrations). The Feuerstein is also a great place for seminars and business events.
Hiking to Feuerstein from Huben sports field - Trail of Ötztal Legends time: about 1 h / walking time mountain bikers and E-bikers reach the hut on a separate forest trail. The Hut: Alpengasthof am Feuerstein is a superb walking destination but also a nice spot for weddings, baptisms and all kinds of celebrations. There are also modernly equipped seminar rooms. Culinary delights are served with love and passion by the Feuerstein team, including regional specialties and seasonal delights. Among the special highlights ranks the Trail of Ötztal Legends. 14 sculptures up to six meter high line the theme walking trail and give an insight into old myths and long forgotten legends from Ötztal. Before you reach the hut, a small chapel and a vantage platform invite you to take a short break.

The route leads from Mühle in Huben to the Polltal and Breitlehnalm pastures. Hikers will soon be able to switch to the footpath, which has a steep incline, but will shorten the many hairpin bends. What is striking is the fern-rich larch and stone pine forest which you walk through almost to the very top. Once at the hut, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the Ötztal mountains. Relaxed and strengthened, it's back down to the valley. To do this, either choose the route or hike further to the Breitlehnalm and from there take the mountain climb (a little steeper) back to Huben. Walking time: 2 hours

The Wiesle (1,528 m) was mentioned as a Schweighof 450 years ago. If the small meadow stain was primarily used for agriculture for centuries, the Wiesle is now particularly popular with those seeking relaxation and day trippers. There are several ways to the idyllic spot, which many call the most beautiful in the Ötztal.
Starting points: warm kitchen, snacks, own products or from the native farmers. sun deck, playground, via ferrata near, groups are welcome
