The trout pond is located in the district of Gottsgut between Längenfeld and Huben! Trout can be caught here. The fish can be grilled and eaten locally or taken home. We recommend that you bring your own fishing equipment.
In the center of Huben there is a small information point in which various brochures about the Ötztal and the current events can be found. The information office in Längenfeld can be visited for personal advice. (approx. 4 km away)
The parish church of St. Martin in Huben was built instead of a baroque church in 1805-31. Surrounded by the cemetery, the three-bay, simple hall building has been equipped with a high east tower in 1870. In 1816 ceiling paintings were added in the church and in 1820 a high altar.

The Hausersee hut on the "Geigenkamm", named after his highest sumit, the "Hohe Geige" (3395 m), in the Ötztal Alps. The lake which is hardly warmer than 4 degrees in summer, lends his name to the house. Mountains from a bird's eye perspectiveNot even a mighty eagle could make it to Lourdes on a single day! Even though hikers feel close to this unique pilgrimage site thanks to the small Lourdes Grotto and its statue of the Virgin Mary. You reach the chapel after conquering one third of the whole ascent. Without any effort walkers continue on the smooth forest trail leading to a giant golden eagle made of carved wood. The beautiful bird spreads out the wings covering almost 1.80 meters. You can climb the tree on a small staircase and watch the huge wings close-by. A kids‘ slide takes you down to earth again.The king of birds – enjoy yourself an Eagle‘s View from almost 1,400 m altitude.
