Thermal, saunas, SPA 3000

The AQUA DOME - the Tirol Thermal Längenfeld is one of the most modern thermals Austria – with one-of-a-kind architecture with a futuristic look. Outside the rugged Ötztal nature, inside the luxury of the thermal bath: Pure bliss! The thermal water from a depth of 1865 metres fills 12 indoor and outdoor pools spanning 2,200 square metres. Its centrepiece is the crystal-shaped thermal dome with two large pools boasting water at temperatures of 34° and 36° from a depth of 1,865 m. The river pool gently flows towards the outdoor area – towards the gleaming “Diamond” and three “floating” bowl basins - AQUA DOME’s trademark. Floating in utter relaxation in the brine basin with a salt concentration of 5%, underwater music and light effects. Or swimming lengths in the 25-metre sports pool. Highlight: Moonlight swimming every Friday until midnight!

Gorge sauna or stone sauna, heat from Swiss pines or the steam dome? Our sauna world is defined by the energy of fire, earth, water and air: Eleven saunas and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools as well as special infusions! Temperatures peak in the earth sauna: The log house made of pine wood is built half in the ground. The loft sauna offers different temperatures on multiple levels. At 50 degrees, the herb bath offers local aromas, music and light effects while precious essential oils unfold in the Heustadl sauna at 70 degrees. The view of a typical Ötztal gorge sets the scene in the gorge sauna – and in the steam dome, one sweats in extravagant ambiance. The brine grotto and brine steam bath are a delight for one’s airways and skin. A little bit of contrast in order? Then try the ice rain in the glacial cave! What’s more, relax on waterbeds and relax loungers – with a striking mountain-peak view.

Exclusively for hotel guests: the SPA 3000 on two levels on the roof of the thermal complex. In the luxurious premium spa, one can feel the power of the mountain peaks up close: Up in the mountain fire sauna, in the bar and in the relaxation roofs with eight-metre high, peak-shaped glass façades. And views of the three-thousand metre peaks of the Ötztal! Here, the elements of fire and water set the scene up close. One level below: Breath easy in the Ötztal mineral bath. Enjoy fragrant scrubs in the herbal pack bath and sweat in the Alpine herbal sauna. A treat for body and soul! And then dive in to the 34 °-warm Moosgumpe pool with relaxing sunbathing lawns between walls covered with real moss. Or inhale salt as you rock gently in the suspended lounger in front of brilliant red salt stones.

Families with children simply love it: Our separate ALPEN ARCHE NOAH water world where one is sure not to disturb any wellness guests in search of peace and quiet. With a pool and water fun park on deck of a ship. Amazing: The funnel slide for an adrenaline rush! Then there’s a baby pool and a children’s outdoor area for playing, swimming, splashing and having fun.

Experience our home, the Ötztal: with exclusive AQUventures in small groups. Exclusively with us in the AUQA DOME. Or set off on your own. In summer, countless hiking trails of all difficulties and even fixed rope routes await you. And our new e-bike fleet – with or without a guide. Leisurely in the valley or sporty at altitude. In the winter, there are plenty of top ski areas whose runs span a total of 356 kilometres (right around the corner: Sölden) not to mention cross-country skiing and winter hiking at your doorstep.

And should the weather not cooperate, you can also stay fit inside: Do you prefer spinning or yoga? Personal training or nutrition coaching? It is easy to get fit and stay healthy in our AQUA DOME fitness centre. On 500 square metres of space with high-end equipment from Cybex and a huge selection of courses. Including modern diagnostics tools and offers for your mental relaxation. Because for us, body and mind are one.

The fragrant Swiss stone pine - long known in the Alpine region - is a wonderful remedy for stress: The Swiss stone pine vitality massage with round blocks of Swiss stone pine wood will deeply relax you. Or alternatively, perhaps a herbal stamp massage or a Edelweiß flower balance massage with high-alpine Edelweiß oil that purifies and invigorates?

Time for Two: With our treatments for couples, you can even spend time-for-two in the SPA. Would you like to be pampered with massages by two therapists at the same time in the partner rooms? No problem! The highlight of SPA luxury is our couple rituals in the absolute privacy of the Private Spa Suite: Undisturbed cuddle time at the highest wellness level with Finnish sauna, steam bath, luxurious Bovi stone bathtub and massage loungers.
