Description
The container house in Burgstein near Längenfeld offers 14 adapted construction containers and is a unique attraction when it comes to architectural elements. The host family lives in the house, too: kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared and there are three double rooms available for guests.
A scenic mountain road leads from Längenfeld to the hamlet of Burgstein in about 5 minutes. On the slope, 200 m above Längenfeld, you will find this outstanding guesthouse made of 14 blue shipping containers fixed to 4 concrete pillars on the edge of the rock face. Large panoramic windows open up an incredible view of the surrounding peaks higher than 3000 meters.
In the immediate vicinity there is a fabulous suspension bridge and myriad hiking routes. In winter, the top ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl can be reached easily by car or shuttle bus.

The container house has 3 double rooms for guests, equipped with French beds (1.40 m x 2 m) on two floors. On the upper floor there is a bathroom incl. shower and WC, a reading or relaxation room with fantastic panoramic views. On the ground floor: large living room with kitchen and dining area. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Below the house you'll find an ample terrace ideal for barbecues or chilling. Access to the house: code lock at the front door. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared areas and used also by the owner.
There is no TV but you can plug in your own laptop and take advantage of our video projector (VGA/DVI) to watch or stream videos, free Wi-Fi internet.

Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 3,50 each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
