Description
In the middle of the valley Ötztal, is the apart ZIRMzeit situated on the sunny plateau Burgstein – sea leven of 1500 m – above the village Längenfeld in the valley Ötztal. Enjoy the impressive mountain-panorama and wonderful sunrises.
Tyrolian wood of swiss stone pines; nature materials and handicraft conveys a cosy ambience. Have some peace and quit away from noisiness and stress.
You can reach the centre of Längenfeld in ca. 10 minutes by car.

- You can smell and feel the swiss stone pines. The apart with ca. 90 m² has his own entrance, is situated at ground level and you haven an entrance to the garden. There you will find also seating-acccommodations. Facilities: 3 double-rooms, 1 kitchen with baking-oven, ceramic stope top, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, coffee machine and water boiler, dinnerware etc., a living room with tiled-stove and TV, a bathroom with a corner bath tub and WC, a separate toilet, one more small shower and a corridor with a seating-accommodation.

Getting There
Check-in: 2:30 pm / Check-out: 9:00 am
Directions: about 1,7 km after Längenfeld turn left at the hamlet of Runhof - follow the mountain road to Burgstein for approx. 2,3 km. After the first houses you cross the bridge - follow the road until you see a cupel on the right hand side. By the first crossroad turn right. Apart Zirmzeit is the third hous on the left hand side.

Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 3,50 each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
