The trout pond is located in the district of Gottsgut between Längenfeld and Huben! Trout can be caught here. The fish can be grilled and eaten locally or taken home. We recommend that you bring your own fishing equipment.
The Sulztalalm is located at an altitude of 1,915 m. From the parking area in Gries the path leads through meadows to the "Vögelasbrücke" at first. Continue the path to Sulztalalm at a slight hikingtrail trough the forest. (Approx. 1,5 h walking time)After a refreshment with good homemade meals you can continue the hike to Ambergerhütte. (1 h walking time)

The Wiesle (1,528 m) was already mentioned 450 years ago as the Schweighof. While the small patch of meadow was primarily used for agriculture for centuries, the Wiesle is now particularly popular with those looking for relaxation and day trippers.You can reach the hut via the prepared winter hiking trail from Niederthai (cross-country skiing centre).Warm meals, snacks, mostly own products or from local farmers.Hut evenings, small celebrations or simply a nice get-together in the evening can also be requested.

The Hausersee hut on the "Geigenkamm", named after his highest sumit, the "Hohe Geige" (3395 m), in the Ötztal Alps. The lake which is hardly warmer than 4 degrees in summer, lends his name to the house. The Brand Alm is located at an altitude of 1385m! Children have a blast at quaint Brandalm mountain hut: there is a small zoo with pot-bellied pigs, goats and rabbits. After a snack at the Brandalm where you have a wonderful view over Längenfeld we reccommend a hiking tour to the suspension bridge.(Another 45 min)Start: Längenfeld/Fischbach Brücke, Walking time: 45 min

Hiking to Feuerstein from Huben sports field - Trail of Ötztal Legendstime: approx. 1 h / walking timemountain bikers and E-bikers reach the hut on a separate forest trail.Alpengasthof am Feuerstein is a superb walking destination but also a nice spot for weddings, baptisms and all kind of celebrations.
